The transfer are to be paid by the buyer for horses that are sold for less than $3,500.00. Winsdown Farms will pay the transfer fee for horses sold for $3,500.00 and over.
Foals sold for less than $2,500.00 will be sold on a breeder's certificate- All documents necessary to register will be provided but it is the responsibility of buyer to submit and pay fees to the ASR.
